All appointments must be paid for at the time of booking using the online system. You can still amend or cancel appointments after payment, up to 24hrs in advance. Refunds cannot be given for appointments missed at less than 24hrs notice.
Please let your coach know in advance of any specific problems that you have had with your voice, particularly any vocal pathology issues or any conditions that have required Speech and Language Therapy or ENT intervention. This also includes issues with posture and breathing such as back/neck conditions. Our vocal coaches are fully insured with Public Liability Insurance and DBS.

The Voice Teacher (TVT) provides excellence in vocal coaching for professional voice users of all kinds, including public speakers, singers and actors. With a basis in current voice research and with over 15 years in operation, TVT provides services in person and online and maintains a reputation for quality and service.
Our Partners and Associate Coaches will –

Respect one another and communicate with one another and with clients, always being mindful of boundaries whether in performance or rehearsal. Remember that different people have different boundaries – be respectful of these always.

Keep any physical contact with clients safe, socially appropriate and mindful of one another’s boundaries. Always ask permission.

If something makes you uncomfortable, let someone know. If you notice that someone else is uncomfortable, empower them to speak up too.

Listen without judgement to one another, and speak with integrity and thoughtfulness.

Always work to be the best that you can be. Challenge yourself, and strive to learn and grow every day.

Give people the benefit of the doubt and be tolerant. People hardly ever aim to be offensive, but if you have any concerns you should raise them immediately.

Through performance and training, clients and coaches can become anything and anyone that you want to be. Help everyone around you to do the same.
